Training on Bespoke software

Our training consultants are experienced in developing training course material, user documentation and help sheets and then delivering the courses. We are happy to help you roll-out your own in-house custom applications. For example:

• The Rullion Group - Authoring of training materials and management of training delivery across three companies within the group, 7 sites and 4 trainers for a new company-wide system.

In addition, our team are happy to manage, develop and deliver user training for other software providers. Customers we provide this service for include:

• Isograph Limited - Provision of worldwide training services for their engineering software.

We are always happy to provide training on any software we develop, however large or small. This could be user training, or training of technical staff to allow support/further development of the software in-house.

Examples of this include:

• Rebus Group - We provided on-site training of the groups' in-house engineers so that they could support and further develop the software, a Global Tax Free Reclaim product. This was written in C/C++ and MFC on NT 4 with SQL server incorporating database management and reporting.
• Rio Tinto - MS Access training for employees to allow them to continue in-house development of their maintenance rota systems.
