A versatile and highly experienced training professional holding a wide range of qualifications from a Teaching PGCE and Vocational Assessor and Verifier Awards D32, D33 & 34 to IT qualifications such as the Institute of IT Training's e-Tutor Certificate, ECDL and being a Microsoft MOUS Master Instructor. Additionally, she has the ability to speak German fluently and French to a working level.
